Judith is the founder of The Bachman Law Firm. The firm protects and counsels business clients and owners in disputes, corporate and contract matters, and real estate transactions. The focus of the firm is syncing with its clients goals and delivering results. Judith has been practicing law for more than 25 years. She is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
Prior to launching the firm, Judith was a litigation associate at Shea & Gould and then Dechert, Price & Rhoads. During that tenure, she worked on headline making matters including complex real estate disputes, securities cases, contract claims, and anti-trust issues. She received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from SUNY Binghamton.
Judith has presented CLE programs jointly sponsored by the Rockland County Bar Association and the Rockland County Women’s Bar Association. Judith is a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State CPA Society, Rockland Chapter, the Rockland Business Association, and co-chairs the RBA’s Construction Real Estate and Development Council.
